A sketch challenge from Darsie1! Here is my take on the sketch...

Her card was white on white base so I started mine off with Kraft and used this cool new flower die and stamp set from PTI. I also added some rounded corners on my layer and some flourished by the flower. Thanks for looking!

CAS179 Twine

These are for the Clean and Simple challenge this week on Splitcoaststampers! This week's challenge is to use TWINE!
You can check it out HERE.

For this first card I just watercolored the stamped flowers with watercolor pencils and an aqua brush. I like the way the earthy twine looks against the blingy button!

I used to think July was too early for Christmas stuff but not anymore! I started making some Holiday cards already and this one came together fast using some silver thread.

And lastly, I was trying to do some weaving but ended up just going for a frame. I was getting bored wrapping the twine around the cardstock! Made a cute frame though!

So that's all for the CAS challenge this week....in another note....
The Hostess for the CAS challenge, my friend Jen is stepping down from her positions as Hostess. SHe has left me her baby and I will do my best to carry not he CAS challenge as she would have! Thanks for all you have done Jen, carry on!
See you next Monday for a new challenge!
